Spilet Alborz travel company has organized a forest trekking program in Alimestan Forest, Mazandaran Province, for Friday. The tour starts at 5 am from Argentina Square and should be back in Tehran at 10 pm. The group will take the Haraz Road (Road 77) to arrive in Alimestan Village, Amol County. From there on, it will be a walking tour estimated to take two to four hours. The 180-km road journey (Tehran to Amol) is estimated to take about four hours (as it is a mountain road with usual heavy traffic on the weekends). Breakfast and a snack are on the house.
