2 Exhibitions in Kish Promoting Organ Donation

Kish Island in the Persian Gulf is hosting two exhibitions to increase awareness about organ donation and the lives that can be saved.

The events “Organ Donation After Death” and “I Will Live in You” were launched last week on the occasion of National Organ Donation Day, May 20, Roozrang.com reported on its Persian website.

Both are organized by the Kish Free Zone Organization in collaboration with Afdesta Online Festivals, a website that holds online exhibitions. 

“Organ Donation After Death,” underway at Mika Gallery, is displaying selected works created during a two-day poster design workshop by Ali Delzendehrooy. The works are to remain on show through May 29.

Depicting the winning posters of one of Afdesta international poster festivals with an approach to promoting organ donation, “I Will Live in You” underway at Sanaei Cultural Center will continue till May 31.

Kish Free Zone Organization has organized several events in the southern tourist resort in the recent years including the International Kids’ Festival, International Sculpture Symposium, Kish Book Fair and Ideal City Conference & Exhibition.
