5 Photographers Honored at Pacific Atlantic Exhibition

Five Iranian photographers have been recognized by the third Pacific Atlantic International Photographic Circuit as announced in the website of the event Pacificatlantic-photo.com.

The international event, organized jointly by Greek Artistic Photography Club (GAP), Photographic Society of Singapore (PSS) and the Atlantic Institute of Photography (AIP) in the US, has awarded medals and honorable mentions to five Iranian photographers, Mehr News Agency reported on its Persian website.  Reza Amelipour received a GAP bronze medal for his colored photo titled “Sis,” while Saeed Mohammadzadeh earned an AIP honorable mention for his photo “Galaxy Ship” and Seyed Ehsan Mortazavi’s “Baby Monkey” received the Global Photographic Union (GPU) honorable mention. 

Amin Dehqan with “Base Camp” received a PSS honorable mention and Akram Niksefat-Zendehdel picked up the AIP silver medal for her photo “Hermit”. Photos from 14 photographers from Iran’s Focus Photo Club have also been accepted to be featured in three exhibitions in three continents, August 18-22. 

The circuit consists of 3 exhibitions and is organized jointly by The International Federation of Photographic Art, Photographic Society of America, Global Photographic Union, and the Hellenic Photographic Society.
