A huge fire engulfed The Torch, one of the world's tallest residential towers in Dubai's Marina district on Saturday, sending yellow flames several stories high, but there were no reports of casualties. The fire broke out in the 86-storey, 336-meter high skyscraper at about 2 a.m. local time, Al-Jazeera reported.
